JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and approach potential customers through online channels (social media, e-commerce platforms, company websites, open data, industry groups, etc.) and offline channels (events, trade fairs, networks, and partner lists).
- Focus areas include:
• Domestic & International Delivery
• Warehousing & Fulfillment
• Transportation
• E-commerce Logistics
- Collect, analyze, and identify target customer segments.
- Contact clients, introduce logistics services, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to propose suitable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Postal Services, E-commerce, or Logistics.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and persistent.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Clear personal record; no criminal background or legal violations.
